Sizes: The Final Size of your Product should be the *Document Size. This would be prior to cutting. A Bleed of 1/8” must be given if your Product Bleeds. Make sure no Important text , images or graphics falls within these margins. It is OK for the Background colors to extend. Failure to do so will result in text or graphics being cut off at time of cutting. (Document size: this is tricky because in Photoshop, the *document size, if bleed, is the final + the bleed. ie... 3.75 x 2.25 )
Resolution: All Files must have a minimum of 300- 350 dpi at 100% of the the Print Size. Failure to do so will result in a poor quality and low resolution product. Files that are higher in size will result in slower handling and a slower turnaround time. Please keep files to size requested. Image Mode: All Files must be converted from RGB to CMYK. CLASS A PRINTING only prints in CMYK modes. Failure to do this will result in having your product with the improper colors you chose. NOTE: We do NOT Match Inkjet Samples of any Kind,
Fonts: All Type Fonts must be converted to Outlines or Paths. Acceptable Software for all Products: We Encourage either EPS or PDF’s formats. However other formats are acceptable for everything under strict guidelines given below. Fonts:All Type Fonts must be converted to Outlines or Paths. We accept both Mac & Window platforms. • High Quality PDF (No image downsampling or compression) • Adobe Photoshop (flattened, no compression) • Adobe Illustrator CS4 or lower (EPS file converted to outlines ) • QuarkXpress 7 or lower (fonts & links must be included, no embedded links CMYK only) • Adobe InDesign CS4 or lower (convert fonts to curve. No embedded links, no layers )
